Bottlecap Gazebo work group
We created a facebook group to communicate with people on our work team. Feel free to join, so you’ll always be in the loop.
Our first meeting is coming up this Saturday 1/7.
Concept drawing by Max Poynton. Color version coming soon.
I just realized that some people might not know how to collect bottlecaps. Here is a handy guide. Click on it for a full size printable version.
No spectators allowed (unless you just want to watch)
The key to this project is widespread participation. In addition to your bottlecaps and money, we need your labor too.
Let us know if you want to help out. Early on we will need an army of bottlecap smashers to hammer them flat, punch holes in them and then wire them together into the petals and leaves.
Stay tuned for work days and check the events section for ways to get involved.
Much Love
We’re super pumped for all the love we’re getting on facebook for the Bottlecap Gazebo. In the next few days, we’ll be releasing a full color artist’s rendering by the one and only Max Poynton, illustrator extraordinaire.
